Cats like Honeysauce have one wish this holiday season. They just want a place where they can thrive — where they’re safe and loved.

Well, Honeysauce probably has one other item on his wish list: lots of food! Found outdoors injured and in need of care, he arrived at Tree House Humane Society as one of the hungriest cats we’d ever met. Some cats thrive best outdoors, in the only home they’ve ever known, but Honeysauce needed a family who could help him feel safe and know he’d never be hungry again.

It took a year and a half and a special behavioral plan to help manage his food fixation, but with your support, Honeysauce found the home he needs.
