Before cats are ready to go home with new families, they need many things. Time is a big one. It can take a while for a cat to get comfortable in a new environment. Cats often need medical care to heal injuries or recover from illnesses. They might need help from our Feline Behavior Specialist, who helps them feel safe through trust exercises or provides activities that stimulate their mental well-being.
